  The staff at VCC are amazing! Dr. Horn and his vet techs treat my rabbit and I as if we are a part of the family. I have gotten nothing but the best care for my rabbit from their team and will continue to recommend his practice to anyone who inquires.
  
  All staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating especially in an emergency!

  I am highly upset with this place. I took my 5 month old puppy here for the first time today for his rabies vaccination. The woman said she was going in the back to get the shot ready and then she would come take him from me, do the shot, then bring him back out to me. I was extremely uncomfortable with that. And when she took him from me she didn't even really comfort him. I've never taken any of my pets anywhere where they didn't let you in the room (even just for a shot). I was almost in tears because he's a puppy and I'm sure he was scared, I would have felt much better being there with him. I seriously hope he got the proper shot and he will be alright. Oh and they also didn't explain anything to me. Usually the vet will explain how they may feel afterwards, or signs to look out for if anything goes wrong. They literally didn't say anything. I won't be going here ever again.
