  When I started taking kickboxing classes at Master Black's I was completely out of shape and the instructors made me feel comfortable even though I had no idea what I was doing. That was over a year ago and now I hate missing class. The kickboxing classes are fun, help me relieve stress and have greatly improved my stamina and overall fitness. The instructors also encouraged me to try karate and after several months of training, I am more confident, have more flexibility and have greater knowledge of self-defense. One of the best things about Master Black’s Martial Arts is the atmosphere – it’s a safe and family friendly learning environment where I have met some extraordinary people.
