  They're terrible to try and get in contact with. I've paid more on multiple payments and clicked "apply to principal", yet the payment always shows most of it going towards the interest. I've stopped paying that way and now just pay minimum. Along with this, their site needs to be updated and more user friendly/understandable. Seems the only time they have a good review is from a user who's received financial help from them/grants.
