  I'll give it 3 stars for the decoration. The place is well put with the tables and chairs but first of all the lady that greets and serve you needs better customer service skills. I was scared to even order anything different. The second thing is, the taste is very bland. Especially the rice & the beans (too watery). Needs more flavor. Not sure if I'll try it again.
