  I had my very first appointment at the Salon. When I arrived, I checked in and then waited over 45 minutes only for someone to tell me that my stylist was running a little late and it would be about 20 minutes or so. I could see the stylist had just started on another client so the wait was going to be closer to 30 minutes. If they told me upon arrival that she was running late, I would have rescheduled.
