  If i could give them a -5 I will the only other review he probably wrote it himself Alex the owner doesn't like to fix the properties and when he has no other option but to fix all he does is a fixer upper it's never truly fixed he never returns the security deposit because he's money hungry everything in the house I lived in was outdated and when you fix them to make them look better he takes it as you destroying his property not doing him a favor fixing them he doesn't provide paint nothing DONT RENT FROM HIM
